Located in the southernmost area of Company quarter, and built in a style similar to Castle Coakley and The Sight, with an elevated ramp over storage tunnels, as seen in the undated old postcard. The postcard is likely pre 1917 because it it states V. I. not U.S.V.I., but then it does not state D.W.I., so the photo was likely pre-transfer, but the card post-transfer. On this assumption, in early 1917 the mill ramp was already degraded and now buried or missing in the contemporary view. This mill is visible from Ha’Penny beach.
