This is difficult to find, but once you know where it is, you will remember.
As one comes by the entrance to the Heavy Materials works on Mahogany road, heading into the Rainforest, and on the straight section with the works on your right, you are looking exactly in the direction of this mill, on the hillside to the left of the road. Use the geo-coordinates to get a better idea than my description gives.
If you do go searching for this mill as you go into the Rainforest, stop well before the dog-leg left, allowing traffic, coming and going, to see you as you walk up the road, and to see each other with time to make driving adjustments.
